If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.


Return Window

You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.


Eligible Returns

Returns are accepted for:

  • Unused products
  • Unopened packaging
  • Damaged or defective items
  • Incorrect items received

To be eligible:

  • Products must be in original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required
  • Items must not show signs of use

Due to Hygiene Reasons

For safety and hygiene purposes, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on:

  • Opened beauty products
  • Used eye products
  • Products with broken hygiene seals

Unless the item arrived damaged or defective.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Received the wrong item or a damaged product?
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the item
  • Photos of the packaging

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days
  • Refunds are returned to the original payment method
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by us

Exchanges

At the moment, we do not offer direct exchanges.
If you’d like a different product or style, please place a new order after your return is approved.


Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The item arrived damaged
  • The wrong product was sent
  • The product is defective
