Refund & Return Policy — InstantGlow

At InstantGlow, your satisfaction is our priority. Our products are designed for hygiene, safety, and single-use beauty application. For this reason, and in line with global cosmetics regulations, we operate with the following return and refund policy.

1. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Products

Due to the hygienic nature of our 3-in-1 eyeshadow, eyeliner & lash stickers, all InstantGlow products are final sale.

We cannot accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:

  • Used products

  • Opened packaging

  • Change of mind

  • Wrong shade or style chosen by the customer

This policy ensures the safety and integrity of all our customers.

2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, we will gladly assist you.

To qualify, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package.

Please email our support team at support@instantglowbeauty.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos or videos of the issue

  • A description of what happened

Once approved, we will offer:

  • A replacement, or

  • Store credit equal to the product value

Refunds to original payment methods are not offered.

3. Missing or Incomplete Orders

If your order arrives incomplete or missing items:

  • Contact us within 48 hours

  • Provide photos of the package and its contents

We will verify the issue and resend the missing items if confirmed.

4. Order Cancellation

Orders can only be canceled within 1 hour of being placed, provided they have not been packed or shipped.

Once an order is processed, it can no longer be canceled or modified.

5. Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for:

  • Packages marked as “delivered” by the courier

  • Lost packages due to incorrect address provided by the customer

  • Unclaimed packages returned to sender

We will always help you contact the courier, but resolution depends on the delivery company’s policies.

6. Exchanges

As all InstantGlow products are hygienic, we do not offer exchanges for any reason.

7. Pre-Orders

Pre-order items are final sale and cannot be canceled once processed.
If your order contains a pre-order product, all items will ship together once the pre-order item becomes available.
