  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.

Please ensure that all shipping information is accurate at checkout. InstantGlow is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Delivery times vary depending on your location. Estimated shipping times:

United Arab Emirates

  • Standard delivery: 1–3 business days

GCC Countries (Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman)

  • Standard delivery: 3–7 business days

International Shipping

  • Standard delivery: 7–14 business days

  • Customs, import taxes, or clearance delays may extend shipping times.

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location.

  • UAE: Free shipping on orders above AED ___ (you can add your threshold)

  • GCC & International: Fees vary by destination and weight

Any applicable customs duties or import taxes are the customer’s responsibility.
